Job Description
Hackney is currently recruiting across multiple Adults’ Social Care teams, with opportunities for experienced Social Workers, Senior Practitioners, and Deputy Heads of Service. Whether you're working in Integrated LD, Hospital Discharge, or Access & Duty, these are well-supported, hybrid locum roles within one of London’s most progressive boroughs.

Experience and QualificationsTo apply for these roles, you must have:
- A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
- Registration with Social Work England
- For OT roles, HCPC registration and relevant OT qualification
- At least 1 year’s post-qualified experience in Adults’ statutory services
- Experience relevant to the advertised team (e.g. hospital discharge, integrated LD, duty access)
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
