We are currently recruiting experienced Locum Childrens Social Workers for a wide range of Local Authority contracts across the UK. We are working with councils nationwide who are looking for experienced practitioners across a variety of teams including:

Current Regional Pay Rates (Social Worker, Senior Social Worker, Advanced Practitioner Team Manager):

  • Yorkshire: £35ph - £40ph
  • North East: £28ph - £36ph
  • North West: £35ph - £45ph
  • East Midlands: £35ph - £45ph
  • West Midlands: £28ph - £41ph
  • East of England: £36ph - £42ph
  • London: £37.50ph - £45.50ph
  • South East: £35ph - £45ph
  • South West: £35ph - £47.50ph

Requirements:

  • Qualified Social Worker
  • Social Work England registration
  • Ideally 3+ years post-qualified experience gained within permanent Local Authority Childrens Services roles
  • Strong safeguarding, assessment, and court work experience
  • Ability to manage complex caseloads within statutory services
