We are currently recruiting on behalf of Kent County Council for a Qualified Social Worker to join the Child Safeguarding & Welfare Team (CSWT) in Kingshill. This is a frontline childrens social work role for an experienced practitioner confident in handling complex cases, managing risk, and driving outcomes for vulnerable children and families.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team with a strong emphasis on multi-agency working, manageable caseloads, and a supportive team culture.

Qualified Social Worker Key Requirements:

• Must be a Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England

• Minimum 3 years experience in a frontline safeguarding or CP/CIN team

• Strong assessment, planning, and court work skills

• Able to attend the Kingshill office at least twice per week

• Confident, resilient, and committed to best practice
