Current Regional Pay Rates (Social Worker, Senior Social Worker, Advanced Practitioner Team Manager):
- Yorkshire: £35ph - £40ph
- North East: £28ph - £36ph
- North West: £35ph - £45ph
- East Midlands: £35ph - £45ph
- West Midlands: £28ph - £41ph
- East of England: £36ph - £42ph
- London: £37.50ph - £45.50ph
- South East: £35ph - £45ph
- South West: £35ph - £47.50ph
Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker
- Social Work England registration
- Ideally 3+ years post-qualified experience gained within permanent Local Authority Childrens Services roles
- Strong safeguarding, assessment, and court work experience
- Ability to manage complex caseloads within statutory services
