A top 10 pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced MSL Manager to come onboard and lead across two exciting areas of science! This experienced people leader will help develop the 2 MSL teams and support their MSL function in the upcoming launches, some as early as within the next 12 months. With some exciting products and indications, this is an exciting opportunity for an agile MSL people leader to join a leading business in a cross portfolio leadership position!
Requirements:
- Experienced people leader, minimum 1 year leadership experience – this is essential.
- Launch experience or complex science background.
Responsibilities will include:
- Accountable for 2 MSL teams, driving and ensuring excellence and a high performing team.
- Works effectively in a collaborative manner with sales, marketing, clinical development and the market access teams to achieve business goals.
- Deputises for Medical Lead where and when required.
- Develop and coach MSLs, including regular field visits with the MSLs.
