SEO Manager in Wokingham

About the role SEO is a core growth lever for Montu across the UK and EU. We’re hiring a hands‑on, technically elite SEO Manager to own and scale organic performance – including the shift toward AI‑led discovery (SGE, Copilot, LLM/answer engines). This is not a content‑only role. You’ll set the roadmap, ship technical improvements, and partner with Product/Engineering to drive measurable acquisition impact in a highly regulated space. Key responsibilities Strategy drive engineering tickets when needed. Improve Core Web Vitals, internal linking, structured data and crawl budget. Performance, reporting able to translate lean data into commercial insight. Excellent communicator across technical and non‑technical teams. Who this role is for A doer‑strategist. Senior enough to own the roadmap, hands‑on enough to run audits, implement changes, and move fast. You thrive in a scale‑up where ownership is real and impact is the measure.
