This is an office based role working in our Head Office in Uxbridge a minimum of 1 day a week (Monday) and then project / site based the rest of the week.
About the Role & Team
The Marketing Manager will lead the co‑ordination and production of assigned development marketing materials including brochures, signage, advertising creative, digital communications and other ad‑hoc materials to maximise brand promotion and delivery of effective campaigns – UK and International. They will work closely with the Head of Marketing to build strong commitment within the team to deliver the best outcomes for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Research of background development information and defining / producing creative brief for required marketing material.
- Brief and manage external agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing tools to support the sales process including development models, CGI imagery, interactive apartment finders and promotional videos.
- Proofread all marketing and sales collateral to ensure information is accurate and in accordance with the brand guidelines – printed or digital.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, agencies and suppliers.
- The production of display materials, invitations and advertising campaigns for international exhibitions and co‑ordinating export / delivery accordingly.
- Ensure up to date and accurate content is displayed on the web pages and property portals, instructing updates and production of digital assets accordingly.
- Plan weekly development email campaigns for sales launches, events and development phases, supported by the Marketing Executive, which will be distributed to the sales database, preferred agents and property portal databases.
- Evaluate effectiveness of all marketing activities through reporting and analysis to aid future planning of marketing.
- Working closely with the relevant Sales Manager to meet sales objectives.
- Research and explore different avenues of digital marketing for each development, planning and tracking targeted digital campaigns.
- Monitor monthly PPC (Pay Per Click) reports to ensure campaigns are current and performing effectively.
- Work with the sales team to instruct and project manage show home furniture installations and photography shoots.
- Preparation and management of the assigned marketing budget for relevant developments with management team.
- Contributor to weekly Sales & Marketing meeting to review market data and sales progress with Sales management and Sales & Marketing Director.
- Conduct regular site walks to ensure all developments are looking at their best.
- Media planning and Liaison with the PR agency on press releases, requests for editorial, any potential media opportunities and award entries.
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience in a marketing role within the property industry (with experience in traditional and digital marketing, as well and events, comms and PR).
- Experience using the major web technologies and applications and analysis of marketing performance and reporting.
- Problem solving and influencing team members and peers, turning around objections / resistance.
- Effective upward management and project management to meet deadlines.
- Build collaboration amongst team and peers, resolve issues swiftly.
- Share knowledge, coach and provide motivational feedback.
- Self‑starter, always looking for improvements and new ideas and how we can enhance the marketing offering.
