Your Role in our Mission
Weâre on a mission to make the world a better place to work and, to help us get there, weâre looking for a Social Media & PR Manager to lead the local UK strategy and execution. In this hands-on role, youâll drive local social media campaigns that resonate with UK audiences while ensuring alignment with global strategy. Partnering with our PR agency and internal stakeholders, youâll oversee media relations, influencer marketing initiatives and online reputation management that strengthen brand credibility and engagement.

What Youâll be Doing
- Lead the local social media strategy and execution, ensuring campaigns resonate with UK audiences while aligning with global direction
- Own content calendars and channel management, driving growth in reach, engagement and sentiment across all social platforms, with a focus on Linkedin
- Oversee community management, social advocacy and employee advocacy, fostering authentic dialogue, encouraging staff participation on social platforms, and responding to feedback to build trust and amplify reach
- Partner with our PR agency to develop and implement UK media and communications strategies that enhance brand awareness and credibility
- Support the creation of press releases, media pitches, thought leadership content and executive profiles in collaboration with the agency
- Collaborate with Leadership, spokespeople and other stakeholders to identify and maximise PR opportunities
- Design and execute influencer marketing strategies, building authentic partnerships that amplify brand storytelling and drive engagement across key audiences
- Develop the review sites strategy (e.g. Trustpilot), including monitoring and responding to customer feedback
- Work in partnership with the global design and social media team members, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and timely delivery of content
- Track, analyse and report on performance, delivering insights that inform strategy and demonstrate ROI
- Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates and emerging influencer opportunities to keep campaigns fresh and competitive
Experience and Skills You Need in this Role
- Strong understanding of social media best practice and content creation, with a focus on balancing global consistency and local relevance
- Practical knowledge of PR and media relations, with experience working alongside PR agencies or managing media activity
- Experience working with content creators and designers for high-quality campaign outputs
- Proven expertise working collaboratively with global marketing teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality social media & PR projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling and translating complex ideas into clear messages
- Highly organised with strong project management capabilities, able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
- A proactive, hands-on approach and a collaborative style that fosters cross-functional teamwork
