Our client, Ardesia Aesthetics Ltd, are an investor-backed medical aesthetics roll-up platform in the UK, founded by a former Goldman Sachs Vice President (M&A) and a former BCG Principal (specialised in aesthetics). Ardesia Aesthetics are acquiring and growing premium clinics across the UK using a multi-entity structure. Their current clinics are in London and Oxfordshire, with several additional acquisitions in progress and expected to complete in Q1-2026.
The role involves hiring a Marketing Specialist as they are centralising their marketing to accelerate growth across multiple locations. They are looking for a PPC, SEO & CRM Marketing Executive with a strong focus on paid digital advertising, CRM, and reputation management. This is a hands-on role where you’ll directly impact lead generation, patient engagement, and brand reputation.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for multiple clinic locations.
- Optimize website through SEO.
- Manage ad budgets centrally while tailoring campaigns to local markets.
- Analyse performance data, test creatives, and continually improve ROI.
- Manage and maintain Zenoti CRM workflows, automation, and patient journeys (training provided).
- Support the rollout of new CRM processes to ensure consistent patient follow‑up.
- Lead reputation management initiatives: monitor and respond to online reviews, work with clinic teams to encourage positive feedback, and maintain consistent online brand presence.
- Work closely with clinic teams to ensure a unified marketing strategy.
- Provide regular performance reports and recommendations for improvement.
Person specification
- 2–5 years’ experience in digital marketing / PPC / SEO (Google Ads & Meta Ads essential).
- Experience in reputation management or online review platforms (Google, Trustpilot, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of CPL, CAC, ROI.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems — Zenoti training will be provided.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Bonus: experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or regulated industries.
