We are a leading law firm seeking a motivated and driven Call Centre Executives to join our growing Legal Advisors team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be speaking with potential clients seeking Immigration advice. All leads are inbound via our website and direct advertising — this is not a cold-calling position. This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious individuals who are target-driven and eager to grow within a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and make follow-up calls to potential clients
- Convert enquiries into retained clients
- Promote and sell the firm’s legal services effectively
- Introduce additional services where appropriate to increase client value
- Analyse lead data and account statistics to identify sales opportunities
- Manage and update all leads within the firm’s CRM system
- Achieve and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by management
- Quickly develop a strong understanding of the immigration process
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ telesales or call centre experience
- Strong telephone manner and communication skills
- Target-driven with a proactive sales mindset
- Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines

Salary Benefits
- £25,000 – £26,000 basic salary
