We are looking for a dynamic Training and Development Specialist to join our remote team, developing apprentices as they grow into capable, confident leaders in Early Years education. With occasional travel for team meetings or training, this is a home-based role that offers flexibility, purpose, and the chance to make a lasting difference.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and deliver impactful learning through digital, blended, and face-to-face experiences.
  • Coach and mentor learners to achieve their goals with confidence and clarity.
  • Create meaningful resources and training materials that connect theory to real-world Early Years settings.
  • Assess progress and celebrate achievements, while tailoring support to individual needs.
  • Champion continuous development, measuring impact and adapting learning where needed.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience delivering Early Years apprenticeship programmes in blended, digital, and face-to-face formats.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience as an Early Years Manager or Deputy Manager.
  • Ideally, a Level 5 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).
  • A Level 3 Teaching qualification and Level 3 TAQA (or equivalent).
  • A natural coach and motivator with strong communication and tech skills.
  • Bonus: Experience developing learning content and digital resources.
