Blackburn College is seeking an Attendance, Progress and Academic Skills Coach to support disadvantaged students and enable progress. The role focuses on mentoring, encouraging engagement with the Study Programme and coordinating with Tutor, Learning Support, and Student Engagement teams.
Term-time only, 37 hours per week, salary £28,273 pro rata per annum. Successful candidates will join the English and Maths Department and contribute to a positive learning environment.
