Overview
Responsible to the MIS Manager, working within the College\’s management information systems team, you will be responsible for ensuring the up to date and accurate central recording of all data relevant to the efficient delivery of the Further Education dataset for the organisation. The role will be key in implementing a range of administrative procedures associated with supporting FE staff, ensuring information is fit for purpose, meets College business planning and academic board requirements, and yields maximum funding.

Qualifications and Experience
- Applications are invited from candidates who have a good standard of education to at least NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent, and qualifications in English and Maths Level 2.
- Experience in the use of management information systems and good knowledge of Further Education funding methodology.
- Experience of working with Microsoft packages and advanced experience of using Excel to manipulate data.
