About the role
Working for our subsidiary company Sparks Teaching Services as a Restaurant Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring an outstanding learning environment within the Silver Plate restaurant. You will ensure that all learners are trained and assessed in line with college and awarding body requirements whilst also ensuring the efficient running of the commercial aspects of the business. You will work closely with the Restaurant manager to ensure that all targets are exceeded in line with the department's business plan for the academic year. You will ensure a vibrant inclusive learning environment for all learners and ensure training and assessments are carried out in line with college and awarding body requirements. You will be required to work with the restaurant manager to develop new innovations in line with industry trends.
This is a fixed term contract to cover Maternity Leave from August 2026 to January 2027.
