Overnight Supervisor
Scale 1, currently £24,570 (pro rata)
Hours per week: 30h per week (10:00pm 8am Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday)

We are a residential college occupying a former Cadbury family home, set in six acres of beautiful grounds in Selly Oak, Birmingham. We were originally founded to provide educational opportunities for some of the most disadvantaged and excluded members of society. More than one hundred years on from the birth of our College, its mission of social justice is more relevant than ever.

We are looking to appoint an Overnight Supervisor to be the first point of contact in any emergency situation. The post holder will be required to work alongside the Estates & Facilities Manager to provide an evening and overnight caretaking service that ensures the College is safe and presentable for staff, students & visitors.
To be considered for this role, you must have experience of undertaking caretaking or concierge duties in a busy setting, must have an awareness and commitment to Safeguarding and Prevent, and be able to work as part of a team and independently without supervision.
The right person will be someone who enjoys working at a fast pace with a variety of different tasks, who is self-managed with a strong work ethic, who has a positive outlook and a can-do attitude and is a completer/finisher.
