We are seeking a strategic Quality, Inclusion and Belonging Manager to drive continuous improvement across our college and ensure all learners receive a high-quality, inclusive education.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead quality improvement processes and the college quality cycle
- Drive improvements in teaching, learning and assessment using data insights
- Oversee inclusion and support for students with SEND/any form of disadvantage or at risk of exclusion
- Lead Diversity, Equality, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) strategy and practice
- Prepare for inspections and manage awarding body requirements
- Work with staff and external partners to improve learner outcomes
About You
- Experience in FE quality improvement or assurance
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted and awarding organisation requirements
- Experience supporting learners with SEND or inclusion needs
- Understanding of EDI legislation and inclusive practice
- Strong data analysis, leadership and communication skills
