Responsibilities
- Support the College’s people function.
- Manage employee relations.
- Work closely with managers to deliver a high‑quality HR service.
- Contribute to the successful delivery of the People Strategy.
Qualifications
- Previous HR Advisory or Employee Relations experience.
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
- Level 5 CIPD qualification or working towards accreditation.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- The ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
