As an award-winning college, we are looking for exceptional people like you to join our team. We truly value our support staff who have a key role in supporting and developing our students. This is a “hands-on” role in our teaching workshops and your priority will be assisting and supporting groups of students and the lecturer.
In a typical day, you’ll be:
- Providing technical support, supervision and instruction to students, overseen by the lecturer
- Ensuring tools, workshops and machinery are maintained and clean, complying with manufacturers and health and safety requirements
- Demonstrating skills to small groups or individuals as requested by teaching staff.
Relevant industrial experience would be invaluable, along with experience of sharing your skills in an educational/training environment.
