As an award-winning college, we are always looking for exceptional staff to help us to fulfil our ambitions and we are now recruiting for an Administration Co-Ordinator to be based within our Construction Crafts department.
You will provide a general secretarial service to the Head of Faculty which will include:
- Typing of all correspondence
- Maintaining electronic and manual filing systems
- Taking minutes
- Managing a diary system
In addition to this, you will assist in the enrolment/registration of learners, update learner records and ensure learner absence information is maintained. You will also be required to process purchase orders for the Faculty and maintain financial records.
You will have relevant IT and administration experience and should possess GCSE English and Maths (Grade A*-C, 5-9) or equivalent and ideally hold a Level 3 qualification in Business Administration or similar subject.
