The Role
Responsible to the Head of Inclusion, you will be part of a curriculum team, contributing to the growth and development of the Foundation Learning programmes. This includes focusing on retention, achievement and student success alongside pastoral support, curriculum design/development and ensuring a high standard of quality provision is offered to all learners including NEET and High Needs Students.
What are we looking for?
With a relevant Level 4 or above qualification and a recognised teaching qualification, you will have successful experience of delivering qualifications at foundation level. You will also be able to demonstrate the ability to motivate and inspire students and to develop innovative teaching materials. Experience of working with High Needs students is desirable.
