Blackburn College supported internship and pre-supported internship programme supports young people aged 16-24 with learning difficulties and/or disabilities to find employment supported by a Job Coach who works alongside the client gradually decreasing the amount of support needed.

- Experience of working with learners with learning difficulties and/or disabilities.
