The Role: Working as part of the Centre of Excellence, you will organise and deliver exciting and challenging coaching activities, through to a standard of excellence, ensuring the development of all learners with progression routes into higher levels of the sport, linking in with appropriate partners at all times. You will also ensure that coaching sessions are suitably developed for all players including those less able or with specific needs and give feedback to players to improve their performance. This will include highlighting key strengths and areas for development.
What we are looking for: Qualified to at least Level 2 Coaching, you will also have a proven track record of improving player performance through player support and development and have an extensive knowledge and range of activities to improve player performance including technical and tactical awareness. You will need a full clean driving licence as the role will include team transport to away fixtures.
