Launchpad Hub Enquiries Assistant Close date - 23/07/2025 £23,557 gross per annum pro rata Term Time – FT The Role Working within our Launchpad satellite centre based within Blackburn town centre, you will provide a positive first-class enquiries service, assisting with all queries from staff, students and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner. You will ensure that face-to-face enquiries and telephone enquiries are handled quickly and efficiently, referring to cross-college staff and services where appropriate. You will also engage in administrative support within Registry and Attendance as a part of the role. What are we looking for? You must be able to evidence by production of qualification certificates that you are qualified to Level 2 in English and Maths. You will have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and experience of working in a clerical/administrative environment. It is essential that you are able to work on own initiative with minimum supervision
