You will be required to coordinate and monitor work placements across the 16-19 study programme within the Early Years curriculum. You will liaise with employers to find and develop work placement opportunities and support the quality assurance processes. You will monitor and assess learners on work placement, assessing competencies on T levels and other Early Years license to practice qualifications.
What are we looking for
- You must have a Level 3 or above Early Years Qualification and a minimum of level 2 qualification in literacy and numeracy.
- You should also have an A1/TAQA Assessor Qualification or equivalent or be willing to achieve within one year.
- In addition, you will have a relevant Health and Safety Qualification or be willing to achieve within 1 year.
- You have strong experience in early years education or child development and align with the national standards.
- You must have the ability to organise and implement a timetable of visits and administrative duties and be adept at using Microsoft Office/Outlook.
- You should also have access to a vehicle and ability/willingness to drive to appointments anywhere in Lancashire.
