The Role: Responsible to the Head of Inclusion, you will be part of a curriculum team, contributing to the growth and development of the Foundation Learning programmes. This includes focusing on retention, achievement and student success alongside pastoral support, curriculum design/development and ensuring a high standard of quality provision is offered to all learners including NEET and High Needs Students.
What are we looking for?
- With a relevant Level 4 or above qualification and a recognised teaching qualification, you will have successful experience of delivering qualifications at foundation level.
- You will also be able to demonstrate the ability to motivate and inspire students and to develop innovative teaching materials.
- Experience of working with High Needs students is desirable.
