We are seeking 2 Junior Commis chefs on a part-time basis, with one night shift, and potential progression to full-time as demand grows. Current working days are Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday; if converted to full-time, Monday and Tuesday will be added. Salary is pro-rated for the current 3-day week.
No weekend shifts; ratchet-based compensation as demand increases; night shift work required.
