What you’ll be doing:
- Taking ownership of the breakfast service, ensuring it runs smoothly, calmly, and to a consistently high standard
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes with care and attention to detail, delivering quality our guests can rely on
- Contributing ideas to the menu, with the opportunity to help shape new dishes and keep the offering fresh and seasonal
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and kitchen discipline at all times
- Always looking for ways to improve, refining processes, supporting the team, and raising standards where possible
You’ll benefit from predictable working patterns, 6am-2pm (5 days a week. Must be available 7 days per week).
