Salary: £2,000 per month + share of tips
We’re looking for a talented and reliable Sous Chef to join our friendly kitchen team at our busy independent pub in the heart of Whitstable.

About the role:
You’ll work alongside our Head Chef as well as confidently running the kitchen on your own when required. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in producing consistently great food, keeps calm under pressure, maintains high hygiene standards, and enjoys being part of a close‑knit team.
Experience in a busy kitchen is essential, along with a positive attitude, good organisational skills, and a passion for quality pub food.
