What you'll be doing

  • Welcoming guests and providing a warm, friendly service.
  • Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Serving food and beverages to a high standard.
  • Ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience from start to finish.
  • Preparing and maintaining the restaurant before, during, and after service.
  • Working closely with the kitchen and bar team to deliver exceptional service.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a busy restaurant is preferred, but not essential.
  • A positive, energetic, and professional attitude.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and a great team player.

Italian speaker preferred , but not essential.
