Role Overview
The Waiter plays an important role in delivering excellent service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for all guests. Working closely with the Café Manager and Supervisor, you will support the front‑of‑house team during service and help maintain high hospitality standards.

  • Operational Support
    • Assist with opening and closing duties

  • Product Knowledge
    • Maintain basic knowledge of food, coffee, and beverage menus

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Previous experience as a Waiter or in a hospitality/customer service role is preferred
