We are looking for an experienced and motivated Head Chef to lead the kitchen team in our busy fish and chip shop. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high food quality standards, managing kitchen operations, ensuring excellent hygiene practices, and delivering fast and efficient service during busy periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality fish, chips, and other menu items consistently.
- Manage day-to-day kitchen operations and supervise kitchen staff.
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented to company standards.
- Monitor stock levels and place food and supply orders when needed.
- Maintain food hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety standards at all times.

- Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining quality.
- Assist with menu development and specials where required.
