Cup of Joy is opening its first London location at 28 Blandford Street, Marylebone, in mid-June. Originally from Istanbul, Cup of Joy has 8 successful locations and is now bringing its speciality coffee and fresh daytime food concept to London.
We are looking for a Senior Sous Chef to join our opening team and lead a simple, fresh menu including breakfast, bakery items, healthy salads, bowls, and light brunch dishes. The role will involve:
- Daily prep
- Service
- Stock control
- Ordering
- Kitchen organisation
- Food safety
- Maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
Start Date: End of May / early June
Opening Hours: Weekdays: 07:00–18:00, Weekends: 08:00–17:00
Salary: £40,000–£45,000 per annum, depending on experience
