Location: Dalston, East London (E8) Pay: £16.00–£17.00 per hour (depending on experience) Hours: Part-time (25–30 hours) or Full-time (up to 40hours) with 2 days off
About the Job
Join our friendly team at The Speakeasy , an independent cocktail bar and kitchen in the heart of Dalston. We serve a simple, quality bar food menu in a relaxed and welcoming environment. No split shifts. Afternoon and evening shifts only.
Your Duties
- Prepare and cook food to a high standard
- Complete daily prep
- Keep the kitchen clean and organised
- Work independently during quieter weekday shifts
- Work with another kitchen team member during busy weekend shifts
- Follow food hygiene and health & safety procedures
What We Need
- Minimum 1 year of London kitchen experience
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Line Chef
- Able to work independently
- Reliable, organised and hard-working
- Right to work in the UK
