- Assist with mixing, portioning, and forming dough using our production equipment (including stand mixers and a dough forming line)
- Follow recipes and batch specifications precisely to maintain product consistency across SKUs
- Support packing, labelling, and freezing of finished product
- Maintain a clean, organised, food-safe production space — following our cleaning schedules and SOPs
- Help with stock rotation, traceability logging, and basic inventory checks
- Support ad hoc tasks around new product trials and recipe testing
- Work safely and hygienically at all times, following allergen control and food safety procedures
