Join us and help build London’s next modern Afghan and Persian food brand in Shoreditch, London. We are a new modern Persian/Afghan street food concept launching in the heart of Shoreditch. Our mission is to bring authentic West Asian flavours to London through fresh, high-quality food, genuine hospitality and exceptional customer service.

Our menu includes freshly baked Afghan naan sandwiches, chapli kebabs, charcoal-grilled meats, rice bowls, bolani, loaded fries, homemade sauces, fresh juices and specialty coffee. This is an opportunity to join us from day one, help shape the menu, build the kitchen and grow with the business as we expand.

The Role

  • Working closely with the founders, you’ll play a key role in launching and leading the kitchen.
  • Your responsibilities will include:
    • Preparing fresh, high-quality food every day
    • Leading the day-to-day kitchen operation
    • Cooking grilled meats, rice dishes, wraps and sides to a consistently high standard
    • Managing stock, ordering and minimising waste
    • Maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards
    • Helping develop new dishes and seasonal specials
    • Training and supporting future kitchen team members

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys taking ownership and wants to build something they’re proud of. You’ll ideally have:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen
  • Experience with grills, BBQ or high-volume street food
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
  • A positive attitude and passion for producing consistently great food

Experience with Afghan, Persian, Turkish or Middle Eastern cuisine is an advantage, but not essential. We’ll happily teach the right person with the right attitude.
