We are seeking an experienced sous chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have extensive culinary and kitchen experience, and a passion for food preparation and service. Responsibilities

  • Key member of the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and service.

  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.

  • Support staff development through coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate with front‑of‑house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock rotation effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven supervising experience within a food production or hospitality setting.
