  • Current Kitchen Manager, Head Chef or strong Sous Chef from a quality branded restaurant or casual dining background
  • A natural leader who can motivate, train, and develop a team
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Food safety & hygiene
    • Kitchen systems & SOPs
    • Stock control & GP management
    • Rotas & labour control
    • Food presentation & consistency
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Someone who thrives in a busy, high-volume environment and leads from the front
