We have a fantastic opportunity to join a positive and successful team with a history of providing excellent quality, fresh and local food, open to new ideas and input.
We are seeking a Second chef to assist with providing a consistently outstanding dining experience in our busy village restaurant on the outskirts of Carlisle.
Working closely with our kitchen team you will be adding ideas, inspiration and delivery, to a fresh menu combining traditional and modern themes, delivering freshly prepared dishes using locally sourced ingredients.
You will have experience of creating dishes from scratch, working in a busy, team orientated kitchen, putting the customer's experience at the heart of every service.
You will also have good presentation skills along with knowledge of excellent hygiene practices.
Must be able to run the kitchen in Head Chefs absence.
-Average of 40 hours per week
-looking to cover Wednesday through to Sunday.
