Melodys Munch in Brixton is expanding with a new Caribbean kitchen, seeking a professional chef who specialises in authentic Caribbean cooking. You will prep and cook Caribbean dishes to a high standard, including jerk chicken, curry goat, rice and peas, and sauces, while ensuring consistency and efficient kitchen operations.
This role requires hands-on experience in a commercial kitchen, strong knowledge of Caribbean flavours, and the ability to plate dishes for dine-in, takeaway and delivery.
