Castle Gardens provides a professionally run, warm and friendly destination, drawing many visitors to the Garden Centre and The Walled Garden Restaurant.

You will be required to work alongside our head chef to manage daily kitchen activities, including overseeing staff, aiding with menu preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness, monitoring and ordering stock.

Provide meal quality and consistency by following our wonderful recipes and be able to assist with menu creation. You will work with the team to deliver high-quality and cost-effective dishes promptly. You will be creative, service-oriented, and level-headed.

What We Need

  • Experience: Past work as a Sous Chef or Senior Line Cook.
  • Skills: Great cooking talent and food hygiene certification.
  • Heart: Good communication, a calm, positive attitude under pressure and the ability to work as part of a team. Adaptable to change and willing to embrace new ideas and processes.
