The ONLY Brand House Spirit

You will become part of our wider ONLY BRAND HOUSE team. In the UK we are an immediate ONLY sales team of 4, with the wider BRAND HOUSE team consisting of 9, and the team spirit is always high! We are all passionate about driving growth, maintaining close customer relationships, keeping up-to-date trend knowledge and collaborative team spirit.

Your Responsibility

  • Take full responsibility for an established independent customer base, along with department stores.
  • Leading ONLY sales appointments in the showroom, digitally and on the road.
  • Processing orders and following up to ensure on time delivery.
  • Achieving sales targets, by developing and maintaining deep insights of your customers’ needs.
  • Analysis of product performance for all customers, maximising replenishment and stock opportunities in season.
  • Identifying new opportunities and opening new customers, being out on the road will be fundamental.
  • Strengthen ONLY’s market positioning, through a proactive knowledge of upcoming styles and current trends.
  • Assisting with collection set-up and merchandising the showroom.
  • Monitoring credit control with finance team.

Your Profile

  • Strong sales skills, and both results & people oriented.
  • Have a ‘go get it’ attitude and thrive off fast paced environment and using initiative.
  • Pro‑active, entrepreneurial spirit with strong organisational skills.
  • 1‑2 years’ minimum experience working in fashion and/or retail industry, experience selling in a showroom is a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A full UK driving license is required for the position.
