We're looking for an experienced and inspiring Assistant Director to join our incredible Torquay campus. About the Role As Assistant Director, you'll be the right-hand support to our Campus Director and Educational Leader β working together to create a positive, nurturing, and high-performing environment for children, families, and educators alike.

About You You're a confident, team-oriented professional who knows how to balance fun and focus. You'll bring:
- A Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care (or higher)
- 2-3+ years of leadership experience in an early learning setting
- Strong knowledge of the NQF, EYLF & CSS
- A supportive and proactive leadership style
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills
- A full-time, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for what you do!
