About The Role
As a
Flex-Site Campus Director
, you\’ll play a critical role in providing high-impact leadership to campuses across
Sydney
. You\’ll step into services during key times – whether that\’s to cover leave, stabilise operations, or support periods of transition – delivering excellence across compliance, team culture, and family engagement.
You\’ll be the \’CEO of the Campus\’ during each assignment, acting as Nominated Supervisor and driving improvement across all key pillars – until a permanent leader is in place. This unique roving role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, is passionate about coaching others, and is ready to make a broad, organisation-wide impact.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity, based at different campuses with placements typically ranging from 1 week to 6 months.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead nominated campuses as acting Campus Director and Nominated Supervisor
- Rapidly assess needs and drive improvements in operations, compliance, and team performance
- Uplift campus teams by modelling leadership, mentoring staff, and supporting cultural change
- Ensure family engagement and communication remain seamless during your tenure
- Partner with Operations, Quality, and Education teams to deliver sustainable outcomes
- Prepare campuses for Assessment & Rating and support curriculum implementation
- Lead or support transitions back to permanent leadership with clarity and structure
About You
You\’re a dynamic, capable leader who thrives in new environments and brings out the best in others. You\’re confident, flexible, and ready to make an immediate impact.
You\’ll Need
- An approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification or Diploma
- Minimum 5 years\’ experience in early childhood, including Campus Director leadership
- Deep knowledge of the National Quality Framework and compliance expectations
- Strong people leadership and coaching capability
- A calm, organised, and forward-thinking mindset during periods of change
- A valid Working with Children Check and current driver\’s licence
