About The Role
As an Educational Leader, you\’ll be at the heart of inspiring learning outcomes by:
- Guiding and mentoring educators to deliver high-quality programs
- Collaborating with the leadership team to enhance curriculum and pedagogy

About You
We\’re looking for a motivated leader with:
- A Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualification
- 1–2 years of leadership experience (as an Educational Leader or similar)
- A collaborative, team-focused approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
