Dental Billing & Patient AR Specialist - Denticon Experience Required
We're a US dental group practice looking for an experienced billing specialist to take ownership of our overdue patient accounts. This isn't an entry-level VA role — we need someone who has actually worked patient AR before and knows their way around Denticon, or a comparable dental/medical practice management system.
What you'll do
work our AR aging report, reach out to patients with overdue balances by phone, email , and text, set up payment plans, and keep accurate notes in Denticon on every account you touch. You'll be the main point of contact for patients on collections, so you need to be professional, patient, and firm without being pushy — we care a lot about staying compliant and keeping our patient relationships intact.
What we need from you
- 2+ years as a dental or medical billing specialist, ideally with hands-on patient collections experience
- Denticon experience strongly preferred — will consider strong candidates with Dentrix or Eaglesoft who can ramp up fast
- Comfortable making outbound calls, not just email s or chat
- Reliable internet and a quiet place to take calls
- Solid written and spoken English
Pay & structure
$8/hour USD to start, plus a strong + attainable monthly performance bonus (details shared with candidates who move forward).
We don't have a lot of bandwidth for training right now, so we're looking for someone who can hit the ground running from day one.
