The Opportunity of a Lifetime. You’re not just a coach. You’re someone who’s actually built something. You’ve signed clients. You’ve delivered results. You’ve handled churn. You’ve fixed systems. You’ve grown revenue. And now you want to help other coaches do the same.
At Online Trainer Education (OTE), we help Personal Trainers and fitness enthusiasts quit their full-time jobs and build online coaching businesses that generate consistent £3k–£10k+ months. We don't do theory. We don't do "mindset coaching". We do systems, sales, delivery, and execution. And we’re hiring world-class Coaching Strategists to help us scale that impact.
We’re looking for people who have built and run real fitness coaching businesses themselves - and can guide others through the exact same journey.
You’ll apply the same proven systems Adam used (and teaches daily) across:
- Offers
- Instagram growth
- Sales processes
- Client delivery
- Systems & tech
What You’ll Do:
- Coach ~50 students 1:1 each month
- Run monthly calls
- Diagnose constraints fast (marketing/sales/delivery/systems)
- Help students land their first clients and then scale to £10,000+ months
- Hold them accountable (not cheerleading)
- Re-frame and challenge them
- Track numbers and outcomes
- Contribute to the overall coaching process of the OTE
You’re there to help clients do the work and win.
You’ll Be Working With Clients Who:
- Are personal trainers or small studio owners
- Are trying to leave the gym floor or corporate jobs
- Want consistent £3k–£10k months online
- Have small followings (not influencers)
- Need clarity, systems, and structure
They don’t want inspiration. They need results.
What Makes You a Fit:
- You have experience in the fitness industry
- You’ve personally signed and coached clients
- You understand the online coaching space
- You think in systems and constraints, not motivation
- You’re direct, honest, and have high standards
- You care deeply about client results
- You’re comfortable challenging people
The Role:
- Full-time
- Remote
- Exclusive (no outside coaching businesses)
- 30 day on-ramp and training period
- Competitive base + performance incentives tied to client results
