We’re looking for a Trainee Cashier to work at London’s most exciting entertainment venue, who will be dedicated to the Hippodrome with a desire to develop your career. You’ll become responsible for safeguarding Company assets by ensuring all policies and procedures are strictly adhered to and ensuring requirements under the Money Laundering Regulations 2007 and other legislation and guidance are complied with.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer queries professionally.
  • Follow Cashdesk procedures, company policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain awareness of Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) and Social Responsibility procedures.
  • Report suspicious or fraudulent activity to management.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and senior Cashdesk team members.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and punctual attendance.
  • Support a safe and responsible gaming environment.
