We are seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standards and supporting the smooth operation of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to company and legal standards.
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
  • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
  • Support the team during a dynamic service which includes the Heliot Steak House, event catering and service across the Hippodrome.
  • Manage stock control and minimise waste.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef in a busy kitchen.
  • Passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Relevant food hygiene and safety certificates.
  • A professional, positive and results focused work ethic.
  • You must be over 18 years of age.
