We are looking for a talented Assistant Hospitality Manager to work in the Matcham Hospitality team, home of Magic Mike Live, Penny Bar and Permission who will be dedicated to the Hippodrome with a desire to develop your career. You’ll be responsible for managing the hospitality team, as well as creating, and maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of strategic initiatives and ensure policies/procedures are in place
  • Maintain and improve customer service standards and overall customer journey
  • Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance customer experience
  • Manage daily operations, including records, cash handling, and reporting
  • Monitor service quality, costs, and efficiency, implementing improvements where needed
  • Support training and development of team members
  • Maintain strong communication across teams and management
