We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to lead the Archive & Myth team. You’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving service excellence, and curating a memorable guest experience. This is a hands‑on leadership role in one of London’s most stylish bar settings.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the team, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
- Oversee stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships.
- Maintain bar presentation, cleanliness, and compliance with health & safety regulations.
- Train and mentor staff in bar tending, service standards, and product knowledge.
- Monitor performance, manage rotas, and drive team engagement.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve any service issues promptly.
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager in a premium venue.
